Description: Spicy chilli with beef, tomatoes, garlic, black beans, red pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper and mild chilli. Served with brown rice.

Preparation: Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and pierce the film lid 3-4 times. After heating, remove the plastic film and stir with a spoon.
