Mushroom risotto (vegan)

Ingredients: 32% mushroom purée* (mushroom*, onion*, olive oil*, garlic*), water, 14% pearl barley*, chanterelles*, apple cider vinegar*, yeast flakes*, salt, vegetable stock* (salt, carrot*, celery*, onion*, parsley*, garlic*, savoy cabbage*, fennel*, leek*, cauliflower*, broccoli*, spices*), black pepper*, mushroom topping* (mushroom*, apple cider vinegar*, salt, cane sugar*).

Packaging method: Tray with a film lid.

Storage: In a refrigerator at a maximum of +5 °C.

After opening: 1 day in a refrigerator.

Manufacture date: see side of pack.

Best before (unopened): See date on side of pack.

Preparation: Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and pierce the film lid 3-4 times. After heating, remove the plastic film and stir with a spoon.
