The new patty is a porridge patty. In collaboration with GRØD, we have developed two types of vegetarian porridge patties, which can replace meat and be the first step towards a greener meal plan. The porridge patties are made of bygotto and have good structure and bite. The patties can be heated in the oven or fried for a few minutes on each side in the pan.
