With a shared passion for organic produce, sustainability, good craftsmanship and love for classic Danish cuisine, the FREE salad spreads have been created in collaboration with Mikuna. FREE salad spreads taste exactly like the traditional ones and give you opportunity to cut back on the meat and take the first step towards a greener meal plan. Many ask us why it looks and taste like e.g. chicken salad when there are no chicken in it? Our answer is, that caring for the planet must not stand in the way of the love for Danish food culture. Because food can evoke fond memories of e.g. Aunt Agnes’ croissant with chicken salad. It’s pure food joy – just without the meat.
