A classic Vienna sausage of pork for children and adults, mildly seasoned with nutmeg and paprika. Extra tasty wrapped in a piece of bacon.
Ingredienser: 84% pork*, water, potato flour*, salt and spice mixture (nutmeg*, white pepper*, paprika*, ginger*, yellow mustard flour*, nutmeg*). In lamb casing. Boiled and smoked.

A favorite both on the grill and frying pan, as well as in hot dogs and pan, casserole and pasta dishes. The skin is thin and thus suitable for frying on the pan, but can also be grilled with good results.
The sausages must be heated to a temperature of at least 75°C. Remember to fry/grill sausages at low heat so that the skin does not crack and the fat runs out.
