A classic Viennese pork sausage for children and adults, mildly seasoned with nutmeg and paprika. Extra tasty wrapped in a piece of bacon.
Ingredients: 74% pork*, water, potato flour*, salt, onion*, sweet paprika*, nutmeg*, garlic*, black pepper*, white pepper* and ginger*. In lamb casing. Boiled and smoked.

The sausages must be heated to a temperature of at least 75°C. Remember to fry/grill sausages at low heat so that the skin does not crack and the fat runs out.
