A favorite both on the grill and in the frying pan as well as in pan, casserole and pasta dishes. Extra tasty wrapped in a piece of bacon. The skin is not so thick, but the sausage can be fried, and really comes into its own on the grill.
The sausages must be heated to a temperature of at least 75°C. Remember to fry/grill sausages at low heat so that the skin does not crack and the fat runs out.
