Red berry pudding

The taste of summer and good childhood memories – a classic dish among desserts. Red berry pudding is part of our national self-concept and an important part of our culinary heritage.

Ingredients: 40% strawberries*, 35% rhubarb*, 10% blackcurrants*, cane sugar*, vanilla sugar*, corn starch* and water.

Microwave: Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and pierce the film lid 3-5 times. Heat for 3-4 minutes at 650 W.

Conventionel oven: Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and peel off the film halfway from the tray. Place the tray in the middle of a 160°C hot oven for 20 minutes. After end heating, remove the film and stir the dish.

Tip: The red berry pudding can be eaten both cold and hot – either completely traditionally with cream or as a topping on homemade ice cream.
