Porridge patties with mushrooms and thyme
The tasty porridge patties are an alternative to meat and can be the first step towards a greener meal plan. The porridge patties are made of bygotto spiced with mushrooms and thyme. They have good structure and bite, are easy to prepare and can replace the traditional patties served with potato salad, mashed potatoes, potatoes and brown sauce as well as for tzatziki and flatbread, in a pita, burger or wrap or for a tomato or green salad.
Ingredients: Water, pearl barley*, gouda* (pasteurized milk*, salt, starter culture, microbiological rennet, 2% potato starch*), corn starch*, spice mix* (salt, onion granules*, garlic granules*, 14% mushroom powder*, thyme*, black pepper* ), 2% mushrooms*, apple cider vinegar* and rapeseed oil*.
