Mushroom bygotto
Nordic version of the classic Italian risotto – an exquisite taste of chanterelles, pickled mushrooms and Amber cheese together with the velvety texture of the bygotto.
Ingredients: 30% mushroom puree* (mushroom*, onion*, olive oil*, garlic*), water, 15% pearl barley*, cream*, 8% pickled mushrooms* (mushroom*, apple vinegar*, water, salt, cane sugar*), 3% Amber cheese* (pasteurized milk*, salt, lactic acid culture*, vegetable rennet*), apple cider vinegar*, salt, 1% chanterelles*, vegetable bouillon* (salt, carrot*, celery*, onion*, parsley*, garlic*, savoy cabbage*, fennel*, leek*, cauliflower*, broccoli*, spices*) and black pepper*.
