A favorite with the little ones – perfect for the packed lunch. Can be fried and grilled for e.g. the brunch table and mini hot dogs, baked in e.g. sausage horns or cut into small pieces and used as a pizza topping.
The sausages must be heated to a temperature of at least 75°C. Remember to fry/grill sausages at low heat so that the skin does not crack and the fat runs out.
