Grøds curry with rice

Curry with jasmine rice, cauliflower, tomato, chickpeas and onion seasoned with curry, garlic and ginger, which together with the creamy coconut milk creates a rich and intense taste.

Ingredients: Coconut milk*, cauliflower*, chopped tomato*, chickpeas*, 11% jasmine rice*, water, onion*, 2% curry mixture* (turmeric*, coriander*, cumin*, chili*, black pepper*, cinnamon*, ginger*, paprika*, fenugreek seeds*, cloves*, cardamom*, allspice*, nutmeg*, cane sugar*, sea salt), apple cider vinegar*, rapeseed oil*, garlic*, salt, tomato concentrate*, ginger* and lemon juice*.

Microwave: Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and pierce the film lid 3-5 times. Heat for 3-4 minutes at 650 W.

Conventionel oven: Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and peel off the film halfway from the tray. Place the tray in the middle of a 160°C hot oven for 20 minutes. After end heating, remove the film and stir the dish.

In pan: Pour the dish into a pan and heat slowly while stirring.

The dish must be heated to a temperature of at least 75°C.

Tip: Sprinkle with tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and herbs.
