Bolo with jasmine rice, tomato, mushroom, carrot and red lentils, seasoned with garlic, salt, oregano, thyme, basil and rosemary.

Ingredients: Chopped tomato*, water, mushroom*, carrot*, 8% jasmine rice*, red lentils*, tomato concentrate*, onion*, celeriac*, rapeseed oil*, sun-dried tomatoes* (tomato*, salt), apple cider vinegar*, garlic*, vegetable stock* (salt, onion*, carrot*, leek*, cauliflower*, parsley*, broccoli*, garlic*, fennel*, savoy cabbage*, celery*, spices*), salt, oregano*, thyme*, basil*, rosemary *.

Preparation

Microwave: Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and pierce the film lid 3-5 times. Heat for 3-4 minutes at 650 W.

Conventionel oven: Remove the tray from the cardboard packaging and peel off the film halfway from the tray. Place the tray in the middle of a 160°C hot oven for 20 minutes. After end heating, remove the film and stir the dish.

In pan: Pour the dish into a pan and heat slowly while stirring.

The dish must be heated to a temperature of at least 75°C.

Tip: Sprinkle with tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and herbs.
