Tasty salami made from pork, lightly seasoned with garlic, cold-smoked on beech – a salami with a distinct flavor profile.
Ingredients: For 100 g of finished product is used 92 g pork*, 24 g lard*, salt, dextrose*, garlic granules*, sweet paprika*, beetroot powder*, tomato powder*, whited pepper*, black pepper* and starter culture. Smoked and dried.
