Tasty salted and smoked facon – a plant-based alternative to traditional bacon. Facon is made from pea protein, which has been in a marinade and is cold smoked over beech, so it has the classic salty and smoky taste – just like traditional bacon.

Facon is used exactly like traditional bacon Fry the facon cubes in the pan or oven, until they are crispy, and lovingly sprinkle it over your plant pâté, green salad or mashed potatoes. Take casserole and pasta dishes to new heights by giving them a flavor of facon, use them in e.g. quinoa patties or pesto snails.
