Carrot bygotto
Nordic version of the classic Italian risotto – an exquisite bygotto with a velvety texture of pickled carrots, Amber cheese and black pepper, which contains both sweet, sour and aromatic flavor notes.
Ingredients: 34% carrot*, water, 14% pearl barley*, 8% Amber cheese* (milk*, salt, lactic acid culture, vegetable rennet), 8% pickled carrot* (vinegar*, water, sugar*, salt), butter*, cream*, onion*, garlic*, salt, apple cider vinegar*, vegetable stock* (salt, onion*, carrot*, leek*, cauliflower*, parsley*, broccoli*, garlic*, fennel*, savoy cabbage*, celery*, spices*) and black pepper*.
