A classic grilled pork sausage for both children and adults. Lightly seasoned with paprika, white pepper, nutmeg and onion. Extra tasty wrapped in a piece of bacon.
Ingredients: 84% pork*, water, potato flour*, salt and spice mix* (white pepper*, paprika*, nutmeg*, chili*, sea salt, dextrose* (corn dextrose*), yeast extract*). In lamb casing. Boiled and smoked.

A favorite both on the grill and in the frying pan as well as in pan, casserole and pasta dishes. The skin is slightly thicker and thus perfectly optimal for the grill.
The sausages must be heated to a temperature of at least 75°C. Remember to fry/grill sausages at low heat so that the skin does not crack and the fat runs out.
